Hunger Outreach Program Specialist
Kaitlyn Klippert joined the Hunger Free Oklahoma team as a Hunger Outreach Program Specialist in October of 2021. Kaitlyn was born in Nashville, Tennessee, and with roots in both Kansas and now Alaska, she brings an extensive travel background to her time in Oklahoma. After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Law from Southern Nazarene University, Kaitlyn entered the nonprofit sphere as an advocate, and over the last few years has worked with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, and managed an Oklahoma City mobile food pantry. Kaitlyn is incredibly passionate about issues of food insecurity and hunger, and is looking forward to bringing her diverse background and skill set to this position and team. In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys writing, reading, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the city around her.
